“Janine was the best host you can imagine.  Her apartment was pristine.  The kitchen was well equipped.  She even bought some lactose free milk for my wife.  We couldn’t have wished for a better stay.  Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful restaurant nearby.  We would definitely come back.

Flora

Originally part of the Seabank, Flora is a lovely little ground floor apartment quietly tucked away behind big sister Seabank, just right for couples and equally popular with solo travellers. Accessed via the private driveway (where you park your car), you are welcomed to your own private and secluded courtyard, a lovely little suntrap to relax and unwind in after a long walk or a busy day out.

Through the bifold doors and into a colourful yet calming kitchen/living room area with sofa bed (handy if you don’t want to share your bed).  Taking inspiration from the name Flora* the sitting room has a bit of a Van Gogh theme going then leading into the cosy little bedroom with double bed, we give a nod to Monet’s waterlilies. At the other end of the apartment is a shower room with a shower big enough for two!

*Why did we call it Flora?  Well, the house deeds tell us that once upon a time Seabank was called Flora.  Feeling it important to acknowledge the history of the house it was an obvious name for our little apartment – hence the floral theme throughout.
